  • Courier Service: All international orders are shipped exclusively via UPS International.
  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: Typical international delivery ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Tracking: Full tracking confirmation is provided for all international shipments.
  • Packaging Standards: We adhere to secure international packaging standards to ensure safe transit of high-value collectibles.

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Domestic Shipping

  • Courier Service: All domestic orders within Hong Kong are shipped exclusively via SF Express.
  • Payment Method: Domestic shipping charges are handled on a pay-at-delivery basis, meaning customers settle shipping fees directly with SF Express upon receipt.
  • Delivery Timeline: Typical delivery within Hong Kong is 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: Full tracking confirmation is provided for every shipment.
  • Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Our Packaging Promise

  • Protective Sleeves: All photographs and FUNKO POP figures are individually placed in protective sleeves to prevent scratches, dust, or handling damage.
  • Bubble Wrap Protection: FUNKO POPs, prop replicas, vinyl records, and CDs are securely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to safeguard against impact during shipping.
  • Poster Packaging: Posters are shipped in strong, durable poster tubes to maintain their shape and prevent creasing. For collectors who require additional reinforcement, we also offer shipment in a triangle box upon request.
  • Layered Security: Items are cushioned with padding materials inside sturdy boxes, ensuring maximum shock absorption.
  • Fragile Handling: All packages are clearly labeled as fragile to alert couriers to handle with care.
  • Tracking Confirmation: Every shipment includes full tracking confirmation, allowing customers to monitor their order from dispatch to delivery.
